Internship Opportunities at India.co.in
India.co.in is a privately owned India information portal being developed as a structured knowledge resource for people who want to understand India’s places, culture, heritage, economy, languages, travel, public-interest developments and everyday life. We invite motivated university students to contribute to this mission through short-term internship projects focused on research, writing, data organisation, digital heritage documentation and content quality improvement.
This internship is suitable for students who enjoy learning about India in depth and can convert research into clear, useful and responsible digital content. The work is not limited to writing. Interns may help build source-backed guides, local knowledge notes, image briefs, structured page outlines, data lists, cultural explainers, travel resources, glossary items, timelines and editorial research inputs for future India.co.in pages.

We welcome applications from undergraduate students currently enrolled in recognised or autonomous universities in India. Students from any discipline may apply, but the internship is especially relevant for students from geography, history, literature, languages, arts, journalism, media, design, commerce, economics, data, engineering and technology backgrounds.
The ideal applicant is curious, disciplined and comfortable working with sources. You should be able to read carefully, summarise clearly, avoid unsupported claims, respect copyright, and present information in a way that helps a broad audience.
